  When we take on a new energy efficiency project we always start by analysing the energy performance of the center. According to this study we analyse which are the better energy savings measures to apply in this project.

We study how much will it cost you to implement ecoefficient measures, we estimate the energetic consumption reductions the customer will benefit of and finally we get the time the customer will need to recover the investment he has done.

  Systems and installations design

  When planning an ecoefficient center, Efficentre carry out the design and installation of the equipment that provide the energetic efficiency to your center.

  Starting of building energy rating certificate procedures

  The process to achieve an energy rating certificate for a building is usually divided on two parts, project stage and finished work stage. Because it is normally a long process, the procedures to achieve the certificate start during the project stage in order to obtain it as close as possible to the finishing date of the works.

  Selection and control of the energy management monitoring system

  At this stage we design and plan the facilities of control and monitoring elements of the center.
  We work with different monitoring platforms and we will help you choossing the most suitable to your needs, in order to achieve an optimum energetic and maintenance alarms management.
  At this stage, we define in cooperation with the client the different kind of energy consumption and maintenance alerts we will create, as well as the guidelines for action to be followed once the alerts have been set.

  Execution of installations, Equipment assemblies and starting up

  At this stage of the process we proceed to the installation of the chosen energy saving measures that have been designed at previous stages of the process. Overseeing at every moment there are no operation failures and the right running of the equipment during its starting up.

  Optimization of the installations performance

  Once all the facilities that provide energy efficiency to the center have been set up, we proceed to its control and optimization, analysing possible improvements that can be done and making sure about the right performance of the installed equipment.

  Obtain the energy rating certificate

  After all the works have been finished, we present the final documents of the project to the corresponding public administration in charge of granting and registering energy rating certificates for buildings and we obtain the certificate to our client.

  Energy Management monitoring and maintenance

  The last stage of our working process consists on providing technical supervising to our clients to reduce their energy costs, by identifying if there is any bad use or loss efficiency on the performance of some equipment.
