We have implemented several eco-efficient measures at our headquarters, such as:

1. We have 200 m² of photovoltaic membrane which covers the roof of the main office, and thanks to this we avoid the emission to the atmospheres of 4.5 tonnes of Co² every year and we generate about 6900 kWh a year, that we return to electricity distribution network, thus reducing our energy costs..
    
2. The lighting system of our main office is also eco-efficient. The distribution and intensity of the light spots located in working areas is the appropriate to achieve a higher lighting performance and to take maximum advantage of natural light possibilities.
    
3. Our heating and air conditioning system is intelligent; it is able to adapt the heat and cold production to the existing demand in the office at that moment.
    
4. We also have a tank just for the storage of rain water with 35.000 litres capacity, which gathers the water fallen on the 1750m ² plot where the building is located. This tank also collects the excess of irrigation water used on a green surface of 250m². With this measure we manage to water the green areas of the building without consuming water for public use.
